VIGNAL GROUP in exclusive negotiations to take over SARR
VIGNAL GROUP announces that it has entered exclusive negotiations for the acquisition of SARR to its owner Christophe Buchet. SARR is based in Le Mans, France.
Founded in 1947 by Christophe Buchet's grandfather, SARR is today the French leader in the retroreflective marking market, particularly for the equipment of police vehicles. The company has a wide range of expertise, such as film processing, industrial screen printing and the manufacture of electrical harnesses.
Christophe Buchet, who took over the management of the company in 2009, has accelerated its development to reach a turnover of 13 million euros in 2021 with a workforce of 60 people.
This acquisition will enable VIGNAL GROUP to offer its customers new products, particularly vehicle markings, and to strengthen its position in markets where its presence was currently limited.
With this acquisition, the group will reach a turnover of approximately 170 million euros.

Vignal Group is specialized in designing, manufacturing and marketing of lighting and signalling products and systems for industrial and commercial vehicles. The group operates on three continents (Europe, Asia and America) and employs around 500 people. The group’s R&D centers are located in France (Lyon and Caen) and in Switzerland (Rancate).
