The purpose of this personal data protection policy is to inform you in all transparency of the processing that Vignal Group carries out when collecting your personal data on our website accessible from the following URL: https://www.vignal-group.com/ (hereinafter the "Site") and more generally in connection with the consideration of your application for positions offered by Vignal Group or a Vignal Group entity.
We take care to ensure that the information you provide to us is only used for the purposes indicated in this policy.
In addition, this privacy policy may be modified or supplemented at any time by Vignal Group, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. 6. Response times

 Vignal Group undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition, or any other request for additional information, within a reasonable timeframe, which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

 

7. Authorized service providers and transfer to a third country of the European Union

Vignal Group informs you that it has recourse to its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data you have communicated to us. These service providers may be located outside the European Union and are responsible for communicating data collected via the various forms on the Site (with the exception of the form enabling you to exercise your data protection rights, which is proposed and operated by Vignal Group).

Vignal Group has previously ensured that its service providers provide adequate guarantees and comply with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection.
