VIGNAL GROUP announces the acquisition of INTERSIGNALETIC from its CEO Guillaume Fayolle. INTERSIGNALETIC is currently the French leader in its various product lines for fire-fighting vehicle equipment.
This acquisition will enable VIGNAL GROUP to strengthen its position in the emergency vehicles market, one of its strategic areas of development.
With this acquisition, the Group will exceed sales of 200 million euros.
Jean-Louis Coutin, President of VIGNAL GROUP, declared: "VIGNAL is pursuing its growth strategy through targeted acquisitions, in order to strengthen its position in technological businesses and/or acquire new product lines. The integration of INTERSIGNALETIC into the group will enable us to develop synergies to offer more products and services to all our customers."
