AREA SALES MANAGER M/F

Entity : VIGNAL SYSTEMS

Location : SWEDEN, NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM OR GERMANY 

Reporting to the Aftermarket Manager and working closely with support teams (Finance, Logistics, Marketing, R&D, etc.), you are responsible for developing sales and driving business growth for our products in Northern Europe.

• Build and maintain partnerships with the key Aftermarket distributors in your area, as well as with dealerships in the manufacturing networks.
• Implement actions to grow your revenue, such as product training, field support, promotional activities, and sales assistance.
• Represent the Group's various brands and act as the primary point of contact for your network, managing contract negotiations, pricing policies, product launches, and performance tracking.

The geographical area covered is mainly Northern Europe (Scandinavia, Benelux, the UK, and Ireland).

Profile:

• You hold a degree in business or from a general engineering school.
• You have 3 to 5 years of successful B2B experience in selling technical products (experience in the automotive sector would be a plus).
• You are fluent in English; proficiency in German or Swedish would be an advantage.
• You are results-oriented and driven by challenges.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A valid Category B driving license is required upon hiring.
• Location: Sweden, Netherlands, Belgium or Germany.
• Remuneration package based on the candidate's profile: base salary and bonus + company car provided.
